SUMMARY:U.S. CELLULAR OFFERS TIPS ON CELLPHONE ETIQUETTE DURING FREE D
 EVICE WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (July 10, 2017) – According to a rec
ent U.S. Cellular survey1, 64 percent of smartphone owners never leave
home without their phone, which increases the importance of smartphon
e etiquette. Staying connected and informed has never been easier with
the latest technology, like the Apple iPhone 7 or Samsung Galaxy S8.
While we can be in touch anytime or anywhere, it is also important to
take into account our cellphone habits.\n \nIn honor of Cellphone Cou
rtesy Month, knowledgeable associates from U.S. Cellular are ready to
assist those interested in learning more about cellphone etiquette dur
ing a free workshop on Tuesday, July 18, from 6-7 p.m. at the U.S. Cel
lular store in Madisonville, located at 111 Kefauver Lane, Suite 2. At
the interactive workshop for the Madisonville community, U.S. Cellula
r’s engaged associates will provide attendees with information on th
e importance of being in the moment and safe with their mobile usage.\
n \n“Most smartphone users are somewhat conscious about their cellp
hone usage in public,” stated Nathan Waddell, U.S. Cellular’s dire
ctor of sales in Tennessee. “However, in a recent survey conducted b
y U.S. Cellular, we found that 56 percent of smartphone owners believe
that no one gets upset at them for their phone use, while 71 percent
of the same people get upset at others. Being aware of our own phone e
tiquette is important for our mobile experience and the time spent wit
h family and friends.”\n \nFor more information on the event, pleas
 e call 423-295-4111.\n\nFor more information visit https://myknoxmoms.
